Our sales office is open every day of the week-Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. mountain standard time,
Saturday from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m., Sunday closed.

Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours. Our standard shipping method for orders is USPS Insured Priority Mail service, with a standard shipping and handling charge. Express Mail is available at an additional charge. Shipping will vary.
Our Office is located in Billings, Montana, USA.


Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express.
We only ship to confirmed addresses.
All cancellations must be submitted by email in writing.
Cashier's Checks/Money Orders:
We accept Money Orders, International Money Orders and Cashiers' Checks in US currency. Orders paid via a money order or checks will not shipped until the money order/check clears our bank. We also accept Western Union payments. We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the Western Union payment.
Personal Checks: We accept personal checks issued by a US banks. Orders paid by checks will not shipped until the check clears our bank.


Merchandise is sold with the FULL MANUFACTURES WARRANTY.
A retail invoice will be supplied by Art Hobby.


If you receive a product damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
Shipments received damaged via USPS must be accepted with all the damage.
You must then place a claim with your local Post Office. Damaged claims are the responsibility of the consigned.


Customers that return or refuse a delivery are responsible for 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges.
